1. Changes is atmospheric CO2 FOLLOW changes in Earth's temperature - a cause does not follow an effect.
Ice core analyses by scientists from around the world have established this relationship. Even the man-made global warming enthusiasts have not been able to turn the results of these analyses around. To see an ice core analysis that demonstrates this fact, see figure below.
2. CO2's ability to trap additional heat radiated from Earth's surface has almost maxed out per the laws of physics - additional CO2 is having very little warming effect.
CO2's ability to trap additional heat declines logarithmically (very rapidly). Earth's atmosphere currently contains about 400 parts per million (ppm) CO2. To see the impact that CO2 is contributing to addition warming of earth's atmosphere compared to its contribution for the first 100 ppm, see figure below.
3. Empirical, real world observations indicate that CO2 is NOT having a significant effect on Earth's current or historical temperatures. Any influence by CO2 is clearly overridden by other, natural causes.
A look back at Earth's historical climate record indicates that CO2 has had little effect on Earth's climates. CO2 levels have been 1,000, 3,000, 5,000 or even 7,000 ppm without frying the Earth or causing runaway warming. Nor have these high CO2 levels acidified the oceans since we observe thousands of feet of fossiliferous limestone deposits over the last 500 million years as life has flourished in the seas. Most life is quite resilient to changes in Earth's atmosphere and oceans. To see a current example of Earth's temperature trending downward while CO2 levels continue a steep rise (see figure below).
If not CO2, what is the most likely cause of global warming? The solar sunspots were numerous and the sun's magnetic field and solar wind were exceptionally active during the latter 20th century and the Earth warmed. See figures 4 and 5 to view how well some of the solar factors correlate with Earth's temperature.
Observed and Projected Temperature Trends
Recently, solar activity has dropped significantly and the Earth has cooled despite the continued rise in CO2.

If this excites you as to what CO2 can do for the world or for the educational aspect of what CO2 is NOT doing to cause global warming, come join us! We are going to do more to "Green" the Earth than any group we have seen thus far.
A NASA scientist recently discovered that a satellite, orbiting since 1979, has a sensor on it that can measure the greenness of the Earth; the density of the forests, the extent and richness of the grasslands, etc. An analysis of the data indicates that the Earth has been getting greener and greener for three successive decades. This is despite our having paved everything in sights, built new buildings everywhere, and have even clear-cut vast swaths of the rainforests. What caused these 30 years of greening? While some warming can help, Earth has not warmed now for a decade and a half, leaving only the continued rise in atmospheric CO2 as the obvious reason for the greening. But then that is what we should expect because over 5,300 peer reviewed studies have demonstrated the astonishing growth of plants, food crops, and trees as they are fed more of what they "eat"; CO2. So true environmentalists - WHERE ARE YOU? The best thing we can do to make the habitats and ecosystems more robust is to continue the build-up of atmospheric CO2. We have all been mislead by a media that is only giving us the catastrophic projections from un-validated computer models that show that Earth is very likely to incur continued warming caused by man-made CO2.
Yes, we too are in shock that we have found that Earth's atmosphere needs MORE CO2. But IT IS TRUE!
